Mr Jack Priestley – Classroom Teacher
Years 5 & 6

I have been teaching at Clunes Public School since 2009. This year I have a 5/6 class. In our classroom and at our school our students adopt a caring and positive attitude to one another and show a commitment to excellence in all areas of the curriculum. We ‘Learn to live & Live to learn.'

Mr Malcolm Sky – Classroom Teacher
Kindergarten

As a teacher of Aboriginal heritage I enjoy learning Aboriginal language and integrating Aboriginal perspectives in the classroom.  I am keen to work with all students to support their academic progress and nurture their development in a pastoral way. I am keen to adopt new technology and to seek best practice to meet the learning needs of the students in the classroom. I have organised the school's NAIDOC Day ceremonies, Cross Country carnival, coached soccer and tennis teams, whilst also working collaboratively with other teachers.

Mrs Smith – Classroom Teacher
Years 3 & 4

2024 is my third year of teaching at Clunes Public School, however I have been a part of the wonderful Clunes team for over seven years as a Student Learning Support Officer.  I am passionate about giving every child the best learning opportunity available, and love to see their knowledge grow.  I am looking forward to another wonderful year of engaging in learning and building strong relationships with our students.

Mrs Northey-Manser - Classroom Teacher
Years 1 & 2

I came to Clunes School through a permanent transfer from the New England region.  I have been teaching at Clunes since 2019, where I have been lucky enough to teach across all year levels of the school, on both an individual basis and with small groups.  I feel incredibly lucky to work as part of such a welcoming community and I continue to grow, learn and refind my ongoing teaching practice to meet the ever changing needs of our community in our changing world.
